26 miles to one of the top places to visit in the US, Beaufort lauds antebellum homes and structures in it's historic Old Point district.  Dating back to 1565 when Pedro Mendez was establishing St. Augustine, he was actually in Beaufort (what is now known as Parris Island) for 11 years becoming the Capital of Spanish Florida.  He then pulled up his roots and settled in St. Augustine.  Santa Elena Museum on Bay St. is now open to view these amazing artifacts excavated from the site.  Memorials are viewable a

Our newest addition, Cotton Hall Deluxe Cabin/Lodge, sleeps 8 and is fully stocked. It includes a 2 burner stove top, full fridge, sink, coffee pot, toaster and microwave. This fully stocked unit has beds made and all towels and dishes provided. Check us out and check on in.

Every tent site whether primitive or upgraded to water and electric now has huge tent benches for your convenience. You will also have a fire ring and picnic table. Grills are available located in our pavilion and movable to your site. Happy Camping!
