The basement of this home in Milford, NH suffered water damage after a broken pipe ran for 12 hours. The paneling was removed from the base of the walls. Air scrubbers were used to remove mold spores from the air to reduce the chance of mold growth. And a large Low Grain Refrigerant Dehumidifier was used to reduce the humidity to significantly lower levels than conventional dehumidifiers can.
