From BATF 'surprise' visits (prohibition would have called them raids [although without firearms :)]) to bootlegged vineyards to 'insider looks' at the funny, ridiculous, outrageous and relatively unknown, I'll share it 'all' until the day I'm gone...and hopefully give you a little entertainment in the process.

Now simply a small-lot winemaker enjoying the last season of wine, looking for unicorn (as every winemaker does) and capturing-sharing a little piece of beauty along the way.

Join me, share your own stories with me and let's celebrate this incredible beverage we're all addicted to. To read the first article "Why is my Wine Purple?", click the Purple Happy button above now!

Thanks to my local Lockeford Payless Market for supporting this little brand. Keep it simple, make good wine. Make it competitive at its price point and keep doing it until the brand wins the hearts of each neighborhood...neighborhood by neighborhood.

Harvest scenes can be just as much or more memorable than a great glass of wine...why not have both? 🥂

I chose the Petaluma Gap for one of my first releases of Élever Sonoma Pinot Noir. I’ve found that after exploring California’s north coast for over 3 decades that I don’t know of a more compelling region to produce world class California burgundy. Cheers!
