  **He is board certified in 3 countries: Great Britain, South Africa and the United States. Medically trained in London. Residency in London, Oxford University and Johannesburg, South Africa. Research Fellow at UCLA, Los Angeles, California.
  
  **Dr. Footerman is one of the few doctors nationwide that is certified by the state of California as a teacher of doctors in cardio-metablic blood assessment.
