We are located inside the Christian Family Centre "The Centre" Each 3D PT physical therapist has received training through the Gift Fellowship program, The Gift program consists of 40 weeks of intense post-graduate work. This training and rehab approach is sought after by elite professional athletes from all sports. 3D PT offers this same level of care to all our patients "Because People Matter" to 3D PT whether you play football on Sunday afternoons or you just want to be able to enjoy pain-free walks with a loved one. 3D PT's Commitment Every patient will receive quality 1-on-1 care from their therapist. Every patient will be treated for their symptoms and the causes of their symptoms. Every Patient will be evaluated and treated based on their unique needs. Every 3D PT physical therapist has/will complete a comprehensive 40 week post graduate course in Applied Functional Science. 3D PT therapists will apply their functional training to locate the cause of their patients symptoms, however remote to the symptom area, to provide a long-term solution for the patient. 3D PT will create a fun and uplifting environment for therapy. The 3D PT Team understands that laughter hastens healing. In addition to offering world-class physical therapy, 3D Physical Therapy offers specific training to all local high schools, colleges, and universities. 3D PT is currently working with coaching staff at Siena Heights University and multiple area high schools. Our programs range from functional warm-ups and stretching to full implementation of strength, agility, and conditioning programs. 3D PT considers it a privilege to bring sport specific programming to coaches and their athletes.
