• 5th Gen Group is a family-owned and -run business. We take tremendous pride in our work and strive for excellence in every aspect of our business. We aren't just here to perform the work, we are here to save our clients money while enhancing their homes. We help guide our customers from start to the finish, making sure the project is on time, budget, and something to enjoy. The history of our company dates far back, although 5th Gen Group was recently incorporated in Maryland. The Wells family has been building and renovating homes for 5 generations. Those 5 generations inspired us to name our company 5th Gen Group. The owners, Christian and Jess, met volunteering to build homes in Kenya. Christian lived in New York and worked for his family's construction business. Jessica lived in Maryland and worked for a non-profit that built homes. Since then, Christian and Jess have started 5th Gen Group. While Jessica mostly works in the office, Christian works directly on our projects along side our team of highly experienced craftsmen. Christian and Jess reside in Bethesda, Maryland, with their young daughter. Christian and Jess's personal cell numbers are available during a project, whether you have a new idea or need a question answered. Please consider 5th Gen based on its proven track record. Christian is a contractor, home inspector, solar certified installer, lead certified renovator,master carpenter, woodworker, stone sculptor, metal sculptor, and owns a bronze foundry. The skills he has amassed over the years with all of the different types of mediums can bring together something truly wonderful in your home. Our team members all have at least 10 years experience. We have in house electricians, plumbers, carpenters, tile workers, painters, HVAC techs, all of your projects can be completed with our company instead of calling 5 and being a project manager for your own home.
