  Who is Bubblegum T.Clown? Bubblegum T Clown was created by Donna Kerr-Roth in 1981. She is a lifetime member of the Clowns of America International, and has been a member since 1982. She has lectured at national clown conventions and is a certified National Clown Competition judge as well as judging instructor, clown teacher for makeup , wardrobe and history.
