About Us

  • The owner of Artistic & Architectural Landscape Design, "AALD", came up with the name for his business in the year 2000 while a graduate student at the University of Arizona school of Landscape Architecture. He wanted a name which would be catchy and describe his design philosophy. Since then he has designed and installed many residential landscapes and worked as a designer on commercial and public projects within the Tucson area. He has also worked as a landscape designer on many international projects in arid regions of the Middle East. AALD specializes in the design and installation of residential landscapes within the Tucson area. Design specialties include Water Harvesting, Butterfly & Hummingbird Themed Gardens, Xeriscaping, Water Features, and Exotic and Tropical gardens. It's design philosophy and intent is to create beautiful, peaceful, functional, and engaging spaces which compliment and support their surrounding environments. AALD's workmanship is of the highest quality at a reasonable price.
