• Dr. Okey Okoli, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist (OB/GYN) dedicated to providing compassionate care to women in and around San Antonio, Texas. Through his practice at Advanced Women's Center, Dr. Okoli is honored to play an essential role in helping women in times of both joy and need. A deep commitment to personalized care is a foundational principle at Advanced Women's Center. Just as no two women are alike, no two women share the exact same set of medical needs. Dr. Okoli takes the time to get to know each woman in his care and creates a customized treatment plan according to her needs and goals. Dr. Okoli began his medical education at the University of Nigeria Faculty of Medicine, earning his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees. He went on to complete a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in New York. Upon completing his medical training, Dr. Okoli practiced in England, serving as an obstetrician and gynecologist. He emigrated to the United States and earned board certification, allowing him to provide top-quality medical care to women in America. Dr. Okoli is a proud member of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is deeply committed to expanding his body of skills and knowledge, and proceeds to seek continuing education opportunities whenever possible. Through his practice at Advanced Women's Center, Dr. Okoli offers access to state-of-the-art medical technology and innovative treatment options. He believes that the apex of women's health care is found at the intersection of technological advancement and personalized medical care. When not in the office, Dr. Okoli can be found spending time with his lovely wife and their two children. He is a long-time automobile enthusiast, and is also active in his community. One of the most rewarding aspects of his career is the ability to offer services to women in need. In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Dr. Okoli was able to put his medical training to use by serving survivors.
