  Allen Physical Therapy offers individualized manual therapy. Jeffery Allen, PT O.C.S has over 20 years of manual orthopedic experience. He gives hands on treatment to every patient every visit. There is a vast difference in the individualized treatment at Allen Physical Therapy compared to the large scale rehabilitation centers.
  
  Allen physical therapy offers a individual therapeutic approach with Manual Therapy being the focus. Jeffery Allen has extensive experience with all orthopedic conditions and injuries. Jeff has assisted many patients with fibromyalgia and chronic pain ailments.
  
  Manual Therapy Techniques
  Manual physical therapy is important to correct physiological barriers in the body caused by injury, over use, prolonged poor posture. Examples are restricted connective tissue, tightened or knotted muscles, swollen joints, and misaligned joints, all of which can cause pain, restricted mobility, and function. Having a therapist skilled with techniques to physically correct and aide in the healing of these problems, results in more successful and quicker recoveries. For many chronic pain patients these manual therapy skills may be their only hope for improvement.
  
  Warm Water Pool Therapy!
  Our new facility located at 321 Pettibone directly behind our old location now features a 15`X 8`warm water swimming pool. You may wonder how you can swim in a 15 foot pool, but our pool is very unique it has a hydrostatic jet system which propels the water up to 1000 P.S.I which can accommodate the strongest of swimmers.
  
  The pool is maintained at a comfortable 92 degrees and is large and deep enough to allow for all types of skilled therapeutic exercise.
