  AltaGolden provides two primary services: In-Home Support for Older Adults and Adult Day Care for people living with dementia. We also offer a free support group.   Dementia Support Group: Our next support group is on Wednesday, October 14th at 5:30 PM at the AltaGolden Adult Day Center. Please call us to let us know if you would like to attend and if you will be bringing your loved one and need respite care.
  
  AltaGolden In Home Services:
  AltaGolden provides customized non-medical In-Home caregiver support to older adults. Our mission is to support your goals to remain independent, happy, and healthy, where ever you call home. Our support includes:
  - Companionship;
  - Bathing, Dressing, Peri-Care and all other ADLs
  - Dementia Support;
  - Hospice Support;
  - Light Housekeeping;
  - Coordinating medical appointments;
  - Taking you to the doctor;
  - Assisting with your insurance paperwork;

  - Assisting with keeping track of your expenses and paying bills;

  - Experienced Dementia Care with activities to engage and enhance cognition;
  - Kindness and Caring support;
  - Client/Family Advocacy;

  Rancho Bernardo Adult Day Program. Specializing in dementia. Would you like to try a Free half day at the AltaGolden Adult Day Program in Rancho Bernardo? We specialize in working with dementia through the use of socialization, art, music, exercise, and cognitive games. Our program is more customized than other adult day programs because we limit the maximum daily enrollment to be able to provide personalized interraction. Just call us to schedule a day and time to visit.
