  My clients consist of Buyers, Sellers, Agents, Investors, HUD/FHA, Banks and Relocation Companies. I perform inspections on single family homes, condos, townhouses, multi-unit buildings, manufactured homes and commercial buildings. Through my commitment, experience and expertise; I will establish a personalized business relationship with you.
  
  In addition to being a Licensed Home Inspector in the great state of Arizona, I am also a HUD/FHA Compliance Inspector as well as an approved 203K Consultant. Jesse also belongs to several organizations including but not limited to ASHI, AZ-ASHI, AZ BBB, InterNachi and SEVRAR.
  
  Prior to becoming an inspector in 1984 and making Arizona my home, I was a residential and commercial contractor in several states. Having experienced firsthand what can go wrong on countless residential and commercial jobsites, I know what signs to look for when completing inspections. My knowledge of construction allows clients to get a deeper understanding of what is going on with a house and how serious the condition is.
