  American Safety is an occupational, health and safety consulting firm founded by Rick Scott in 2012. Rick is a former Safety Director for general industry and construction and is a Certified Safety Professional. While at A Plus Benefits, Rick became a safety and health consultant working with the health care industry, manufacturing, chemical plants, food industry, the steel industry, and other businesses. He is also an instructor for the OSHA Outreach, Emergency Technician, and Fire Fighter.
  
  Rick specializes in OSHA compliance, safety management, respiratory protection, safety and health training, and loss control.
