As the founder of the American Small Business League, Lloyd Chapman created a way to promote and advocate policies that provide the greatest opportunity for small businesses. The League monitors existing policies and proposed policy changes by the SBA and other federal agencies, to safeguard the interests of small businesses. ASBL also ensures that they get their mandated share of federal, state and local government contracts.
