The American Stamp and Coin Foundation is a non-profit, 501-3C organization, serving the public now for thirty years. Our organization donates much of its time and material to hospitals and youth groups with a specific emphasis on young children who we hope to interest in the hobby of stamp collecting. Our Director, Michael DuBasso has been the Foundation Director for over forty years. He is a knowledgeable philatelist and renowned appraiser in his field.
