We take on the worries of vacation, pay, sick leave, "down-time", benefits and insurance, social security taxes, federal and state employment taxes, recruitment expenses and payroll bookkeeping expenses.
  
  AMMON Staffing, provides employers assistance with all their employment needs. Whether it is a Direct Hire where AMMON Staffing seeks out the ideal employee for a company - matching skills, chemistry, and job specifications required for the position. The newly chosen employee goes directly on the employer’s payroll and is considered an employee of that company; or a Temp-to-Hire position where the employee stays on AMMON Staffing’s payroll, with AMMON Staffing assuming the position of employer of record and accepts the responsibility for the employee’s payroll expenses including FUTA, FICA, Medicare, Worker Compensation and Unemployment Insurance. These expenses add up to quite a savings for our employers. After a pre-determined approved number of hours on AMMON Staffing’s Payroll, the employer can choose to place the candidate onto their payroll at no additional cost and then the employer assumes the role of employer of record.
