Our gourmet Napoletan pizzas are baked in a 900 degree wood-burning oven-using rustic Almond wood fire. We use the finest quality ingredients imported from Italy, and fresh organic Basil grown locally in California. Our sauce is made from scratch using flavorful San Marzano tomatoes. The beautifully crafted dough is made daily-creating a Delicious Pizza sure to excite the most discerning connoisseurs. Authenticity is of the utmost importance, so we carefully source premium Italian ingredients, including a handcrafted proprietary mozzarella from a cheesemonger in (name of city), imported flavorful San Marzano tomatoes and specialty flour. Dough is made fresh by hand each morning, kneaded, stretched and tossed to exacting standards. It's then carefully topped with locally sourced, seasonalproduce before landing in the blistering heat of Angelina's wood burning ovens - just long enough to achieve the perfect balance of pillowy soft, yet crisp crust and creamy melted cheese.
