About the Manor Originally known as Vancroft, this architectural achievement was designed by Alden & Harlow, the legendary architects to the affluent elite. Built in 1901 the Manor is situated on a private 600-acre nature preserve overlooking the Ohio River. Guests have access to the grounds for hiking, bird- watching, cross-county skiing or private catered events.
