• My name is Jose Aviles, and I am the proud owner of Aviles Quality Cleaning. I started cleaning houses and offices right out of high school, and now eight years later I still love my job! Very few competitors can say that. Now before we jump ahead, let me slow down and tell you why I chose this line of work at such a young age. I can tell you that it wasn’t the pay and I definitely wasn’t a huge fan of cleaning toilets but I did quickly find a reason that made all the hard work worthwhile, Customer service! Yes, that’s right, customer service! Simply put, it is gratifying for me to hear the words from clients saying, “Great job!” To keep hearing those words for eight straights years is no coincidence! We maintain a consistent level of service by training all of our staff precisely the same. We have a detailed hiring system that allows us the privilege to work with great people with vibrant personalities! We also have a comprehensive system that will enable us to train our employees precisely the same. Everything from following checklists to step-by-step instructions on how to tackle the dirtiest of grimes! OH! and the best part, I am 100% involved in every step of the way!
