Our Studio is one of only a handful of Taekwondo Studios in the entire state that are World Certified. What does that mean? Kukkiwon, the World Taekwondo Headquarters, is the only authority that can give official certifications for the Taekwondo Martial Art, as well as officially certify Black Belts. Based in South Korea, it controls who is an official Taekwondo Instructor or Master, and who is not, worldwide. This protects and upholds the strict standards of the art itself, and the integrity of Taekwondo worldwide. In order to become a Certified Master of Taekwondo, you must be at least 4th Dan (degree) Black Belt certified ONLY through Kukkiwon. There is no other way to be an official, certified Taekwondo Master. And both our Masters are Certified Taekwondo Masters and Instructors, from Kukkiwon.
