About Us

  • Born and raised in the Central Valley, Dr. Brent Kane is proud to bring the most advanced radiation oncology therapies and procedures to the region. A believer in the team approach to cancer care, he has initiated and developed many multi-disciplinary, comprehensive clinics at Community Medical Centers. He is one of the chief physician contributors that developed and planned the Community Cancer Institute. Dr. Kane continues to teach the next generation of oncologists as a UCSF clinical assistant professor and site director in Radiation Oncology for Medical Oncology Fellowship Program. "It is my privilege to provide radiation oncology to the patients of the Central Valley. I collaborate with other oncology specialists to devise the most appropriate, ethical care for each patient. I emphasize the patient-centric approach to tackling cancer, trying to realize how every patient is not only affected by the disease and treatments but by the process as well." - Dr. Brent Kane
