• We offer a wide variety of karate classes, martial arts instruction, taekwondo and judo classes. The martial art instruction is for kids, women only, and adults. For Kids Martial Arts study is for the entire family, and it is most beneficial for children. Bruce H. Lee Martial Arts School welcomes children starting as early as three years old. Though many of our classes are "all-age" classes, where children and adults can participate together in Martial Arts study, Bruce H. Lee Martial Arts School also offers Pee Wee classes, for students aged three to six. Involving children in the martial arts at a young age will not teach them violence. It will teach them discipline, which is something they will not learn from passive activities like watching TV. Children who learn discipline and focus early in life will find it easier and more natural to focus on their studies at school. As the student advances in the martial arts, he or she will find that self-esteem grows naturally too - something that children and teenagers need very much.
