• Capital Region Special Surgery is comprised of the following practices: Neurosurgery, Ear, Nose and Throat, Ear Institute, Neurology, Pain Management, Sleep Wake, Physical Therapy, and Diagnostic Imaging. Serving Albany, NY and surrounding communities. The diverse needs of the people we help are matched by the full range of services offered, under one roof, at our facility. It is our mission to offer compassionate, timely, superior health care to the Capital Region and all of Upstate New York. Most major insurances accepted, including CDPHP Medicaid, Fidelis Care and Workers Compensation.
