• Carolina Creations is owned by artists Janet and Michael Francoeur. Our gallery is located in the beautiful town of New Bern, North Carolina. Carolina Creations began as a gallery featuring only North Carolina artists, the focus continues to be that, but we have added work from across North America as we meet new artists in our travels and find work we just have to have!
