• Catering Under The Big Sky is a corporate and private event catering business, located at the Rockin TJ Ranch in Bozeman, Montana. We are dedicated to outstanding service and quality food that best fits each individual party. Our head Chef, Ryan Cotterell, is a Bozeman local who has been in the culinary industry for over 15 years. He practiced his art at the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont, and went on to work at several restaurants throughout Montana and Washington. He has a strong passion for providing the best possible food and experience for each of his clients, across many different types of cuisines and dishes.
