• We specialize in creating and combining quality ingredients with an already well known county fair delight, funnel cakes. Steering clear of the typical "frisbee-sized" funnel cakes that range from 8 inches or more, our emphasis is on quality rather than quantity. We've sampled other funnel cake batter recipes and filtered that quality in a 4.5 inch cake, therefore you don't have to feel guilty of an expanding waistline. Such recipes include Bananas Fosters, Baked Alaskan, Smores, Pumpkin Spice(seasonal), and many more. Complementing these "gourmet-ish" funnel cakes are quality iced teas that will accent the flavors. Lychee Oolong, Cookie, Champagne Rose are among the few.
