  • Intuitive Awareness is a practice of mindful observation. By developing your intuitive awareness you add a navigational tool, enabling you to live a healthier, happier, more fulfilled life. Intuition, sometimes referred to as a "gut feeling" or "sixth sense," can be developed and integrated with our other senses and reasoning skills. Intuitive meditation is an active meditation practice that uses specific guided imagery to increase beneficial energies and, with practice, can clear and replace less desirable energies. Our Well Being Model incorporates techniques to address all aspects of mind, body, and spirit. Our methods are designed to empower and inspire our clients to heal and problem solve. Clients come to us from many different backgrounds, religions, and belief systems and report that they are able to successfully integrate the intuitive awareness techniques into their own belief systems. We do not exclude or align with any religious tradition or authority.
