• Central Bar + Restaurant or “Central” as regulars call us, is a large, open restaurant designed to entertain. Bellevue restaurateurs, Joseph, Randi, and Cody Brazen, ensure Central’s upscale atmosphere is comfortable, welcoming and fun by hiring the most talented, engaging, and positive bartenders, servers and cooks to join their team. This is the same recipe the Brazen’s have used for the past 14 years at 520 Bar and Grill, their family’s first restaurant and a landmark in Old Bellevue.
