• Walk-Ins (No Appointments Needed) CHRISTUS St. Vincent offers urgent care for adults and children at our Entrada Contenta Health Center. Our urgent care service can act as an extension of your CHRISTUS St. Vincent primary care physician and will be able to access your existing records giving you connected care with minimal paperwork. If you don't already have a primary healthcare physician, our Urgent Care service can help connect you with a regular provider so you can have a medical home that offers you consistent, reliable quality care. Providing comprehensive health assessments, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illness/injury in a primary care/outpatient setting. We Treat: Acute illnesses and injuries in adults and children. This may include colds/flu, ear infections, asthma exacerbations, minor injuries, strep, abdominal issues, cuts, sprains and broken bones.
