• Classic Woodies by Larry is a company located in Tillamook, OR dedicated to remembering woody wagons and painting woodie watercolors that make some really great vintage gifts. Larry creates water paintings and sketches or woody wagons from the ‘40s and 50s. He has a great passion for these vintage cars and in turn paints some amazing woodie watercolors as he remembers them to be so beautiful and fun. In addition to selling his paintings to local customers from Tillamook, Pacific City, Rockaway Beach, Forest Grove, Manzanita, or any of the surrounding areas, he also takes orders by mail with a form that can be downloaded from the official website for Classic Woodies by Larry. Classic Woodies by Larry also sends at least 10% of profits to International Children’s Care (ICC). ICC is an organization that provides shelter, food, and education to many children in need around the world. We appreciate being able to help children while also creating some great art for our customers.
  Larry created his first woodie watercolor in his series almost 10 years ago. He became inspired by a tropical shirt he owned and created a beautiful painting. Since then, Classic Woodies by Larry also paints woodie watercolors on individual greeting cards, greeting cards in boxes of ten, 5 x 7 prints, framed and matted prints, giclee prints, and framed and double matted giclee prints.   It can be hard to put a price on creative art of something that can make you feel nostalgic for the ‘40s and ‘50s. Our goal here at Classic Woodies by Larry is to take you back to a time in history where life was a little more calm and peaceful. A time where you could put your surfboard in the back of your woodie and cruise on the highway with your windows down with some great music playing out of your stereo.
