About Us

  • I perform every Home Inspection in accordance with the STANDARDS OF PRACTICE of the International Association Of Certified Home Inspectors which is posted at https://www.nachi.org. My certification number is: NACHI105070580. These SOP contain certain limitations, exceptions, and exclusions, and I want you to clearly understand what a home inspection is, and also what it is not. My home inspection is approximately four to six hours long, and the Client and Agent are encouraged to attend all or part of the inspection. The PDF narrative report with photos is ((emailed to Client and Agent on the same day of the inspection)), which is very detailed and thorough, easy to read and understand, and includes numerous items and descriptions most other inspectors don't include in their reports. A Full Inspection Includes: As a InterNACHI member I must adhere to InterNACHI's Standards of Practice. This means I will attempt to inspect all of the following (when accessible): Roof, vents, flashings, and trim, Gutters and downspouts, Skylight, chimney and other roof penetrations, Decks, stoops, porches, walkways, and railings, Eaves, soffit and fascia, Grading and drainage, Basement, foundation and crawlspace, Water penetration and foundation movement, Heating systems, Cooling systems, Main water shut off valves, Water heating system, Interior plumbing fixtures and faucets, Drainage sump pumps with accessible floats, Electrical service line and meter box, Main disconnect and service amperage, Electrical panels, breakers and fuses, Grounding and bonding, GFCIs and AFCIs, Fireplace damper door and hearth, Insulation and ventilation, Garage doors, safety sensors, and openers, And much more...
