About Us

  • Serving the community in dual careers, both in real estate and in the Air Force(retired), David understands what it takes to make a difference. Serving in the Air Force for 25 years and recently retiring in 2013, David always serves with and for the people he surrounds. As a Security Specialist with a top-security clearance while on active duty, David also learned management and recruiting, both of which guide him in his real estate endeavors.

Jumping into his first real estate entrepreneurship in 1984, David attained 12 acres of land in beautiful West Virginia, sparking his first interest in what the industry had to offer. From there, his passion for real estate rentals and purchase of site-built homes took flight. Working in Pennsylvania, Nebraska, Colorado, Maryland, Massachusetts, Georgia, and Tennessee, David loved what the industry had to offer.

Working in various positions throughout the years, David’s passion for the industry is apparent. From landlord and homeowner, lessee to lessor, agent and realtor, and even working as an Affiliate Broker with Century 21 Mid-State Realty, LLC., David has experience with rentals, foreclosures, HUD, residential, and commercial properties. David is more than qualified to help his clients, making their needs and concerns his number one priority. With a success rate that far surpasses many of his competitors, David’s mission is to prove his commitment to you. Dedicated to his community, you can trust David with all your real estate transactions.

David’s success comes from the love and support of his dear wife Darlis, to whom he has been married to for nearly 30 years, his three kids, and five grandchildren. David and his wife now reside in Georgia, after many years of moving around. When he is not working with his clients, he is busy raising honey bees. From building the hive framework to harvesting the wax and processing the honey, David does it all. He also has a green thumb, nurturing flowers, fruits, and vegetables in his spare time.
