The owner oversees the preparation of each dish personally and prepares the majority of them. it is of vital importance that large orders be placed within one week of the event date, and small orders at least 48 hours prior to. This is to assure the best quality of freshness in food purchase for your order. We will provide disposable cutlery, napkins, plates, etc. for your event. To any potential customer, we will bring you a free sample of a prepared food to give you a taste of the creations prepared from scratch in our kitchen. No pre-cooked or prepackaged foods are used in our meals. They are all made from scratch using favorite recipes handed down through generations.
