Mr. Fred Hunter also regularly provides polygraph evaluations for law enforcement and defense lawyers in conjunction with investigations regarding civil, state, and federal issues throughout the United States and Canada.
  
  Mr. Fred Hunter has been involved in marital relationship polygraph evaluations of fidelity and other issues for couples in need for over 40 years. His approach is to provide some immediate clarity on these issues with emphasis on movement into counseling.
  
  He has been involved in addiction testing (sex, gambling, drug and alcohol) for a number of counselors and therapists for over 10 years in creating validated sexual history and monitoring evaluations on containment and boundary issues. Candidates who successfully complete the assessment process benefit by gaining access to a number of police departments who use the system much like colleges use SAT testing.
  
  Mr. Fred Hunter has lectured on polygraph and interviewing techniques to students majoring in law, criminal justice, and security education programs at over 25 university or college institutions.
