We use a 4 step technique to get the floors clean and neutralized to adhere to the wax application. A very high quality Spartan Wax is professionally applied to give the durability and shine that is expected by the customer. Professional Warehouse Cleaning: Our cleaning technicians have cleaned warehouses 500 sq ft to 800,000 sq ft. They have removed and cleaned various substances off of warehouse floors. From basic sheet rock dust and sand to soaked oil and grease .The special chemicals we use absorb and penetrate deep into the pores of the cement to help remove just about anything from the surface.
