About Us

• Cornwall Counseling offers short-term counseling to children, teens, adults, couples and families during a crisis, hardship or troubling event, while working with other healthcare providers to ensure that all of your continuing physical and emotional health needs are being met. If your emotional health care needs cannot be met with us, we can help determine which community-based services would benefit you, and we can make the appropriate referrals. Our programs offer a comprehensive mental health evaluation and individualized treatments planning geared toward achieving goals and objectives. Addiction treatment is also provided in an out-patient setting.
