Jay earned an Associate's Degree in Landscape Design and Management as well as certified paver installer designation from the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute, ICPI, and recently added a Certified Segmented Retaining Wall Installer through the National Concrete Masonry Association, NCMA to his credentials.
