  Two Locations: We are the only CrossFit gym in the Tri-State Area to offer 2 convenient locations: Florence and Covington. Click here to check our our sister gym, Triumph Strength.
  
  Facility: With approximately 10,000 square feet and lots of equipment, we present one of the largest CrossFit gyms in the Tri-State area. We offer shower facilities, a yoga room, a separate area for our introductory classes and CrossFit Kids classes and a dedicated room for child care while you workout!
  
  Our Experienced Training Staff: We have 7 dedicated trainers here for you! We train an average of 150 CrossFit members per day and lead over 1000 beginner classes on an annual basis.
