• Founded in 1979, The Triad Group is a vertically integrated, locally owned group of health-care companies, uniquely positioned to provide a variety of personalized health-care solutions to seniors across North Carolina. In addition to providing short- and long-term care through our affiliate companies, we employ more than 1,200 employees statewide. The Triad Group also provides medical supply and institutional pharmacy service through its affiliate, the Holladay Medical Group.
