About Us

• Owner/Designer, Kim Evensvold, recently relocated to the Inland Northwest to be closer to family. Her passion for the floral design business prompted her to re-create Curly Willow Design. Her creative flare specializes in designing weddings, birthday, special occasions, funerals, holidays, as well as consultations for "do it yourself bridal parties" and assistance to floral business owners, new or seasoned, who need help re-creating their floral business.
  
  Kim has taught floral design workshops and is available to host and/or teach "working" workshops either at her business location or one of your choosing.
  
  Her experience in the floral industry is diverse and extensive over the past 20 years. Kim's education in floral design started with floral classes at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks. While in school, she was asked to assist during the classes honing her teaching abilities. She also worked for her instructor, in a very busy floral shop, for over 10 years.
  
  Having worked for a number of different florists over the years, all of whom have impacted Kim's style, it also gives her a true sense of creativeness and flair in what she arranges. Along the way, Kim has owned and managed two different shops in the last 10 year;, Harts & Flowers in Green River, Wyoming and Curly Willow Basins in Choteau, Montana. One of Kim's strong attributes is her ability to use local plants, vines, branches, etc. to increase the impact the arrangement has on it's audience.
  
  She and her crew are excited and passionate about helping you celebrate your special occasions in life and strive to be right by your side with creative ideas and beautiful floral arrangements.
