We are a certified Official Spinning® Facility located in La Verne, Ca (San Gabriel Valley). All of our instructors are current Spin® certified and take the time to professionally set you up on your bike as well as to ensure you are riding in a safe manner that is consistent with the teachings of Mad Dogg Athletics®. We don't believe in conforming to the latest trends or fads that you may see at other studios. Our riders trust us to guide them to a healthy and pain-free fit lifestyle. We stick to the Spinning® foundation that has over 20 years of continually added concepts and findings from the leading kinesiology and biomechanics-based science journals. We will never promote movements on the bike that can put you at risk - no matter how popular or trendy they are at the time.
