About Us

• We are a husband-and-wife team that has been working together for years now in residential real estate. Meeting shortly after college, Carmel and I spent our 20's living in various neighborhoods of Philadelphia, going to bars and restaurants, some of which are still here and some of which are now memories. We also went to plenty of concerts and events, such as the St. Patrick's Day Parade and the Mummers on New Year's Day. We are also investors in Philadelphia real estate; we have bought our own product, so to speak.
