• A Message from Dan... As a resident of rural Lancaster County for over twenty years, as a very active parent, and as an attorney who has practiced law for over twenty-seven years from a downtown Lancaster location, I know how difficult it can be for individuals to find the time to take care of matters like the preparation of a will, durable power of attorney, or living will. I believe that too often folks simply believe they do not have the time to devout to such important matters, and they take shortcuts like the internet or form books. Use of these forms without experienced legal advice could result in very damaging unintended consequences. So, if you are in need of the services I provide, please give my office a call. If you are elderly, disabled, or simply unable to get to my office, we will make arrangements to come to your home, a hospital, or wherever you are located. Also, I am happy to meet you in my office located in the heart of vibrant historic downtown Lancaster. If you need preferential parking, I will see that you are able to park or get dropped off within several feet of my office. There are no steps. I look forward to meeting with you. Dan
