  Marriage Enrichment Retreat
  
  How many times have you heard, "The grass is greener on the other side". What some may not realize, while initially it may seem that way, the new grass needs to be watered and mowed also.
  
  We invite you to join us for an all inclusive 3 day, 2 night weekend get-a-way at a cabin in the mountains of Heber/Overgaard Arizona.
  
  We will share with you many Key elements to creating and maintaining a wonderful and fulfilling relationship. You will learn the skills necessary to strengthen and develop great communication, how to speak each other's love language, and tricks to keeping the flame alive while heating up the passion in your marriage.
  
  We will also have a special class from a CPA who will teach and share with you how and why money is the number one cause of divorce or contention in a relationship. You will be given necessary information on financial management as it relates to marriage.
  
  Dr, David Brown Ph.D., coupled with his wife Cheryl Brown, Life Coach, are co-authoring a book titled "The Grass is Greener Where You Water It" This will be the Theme of the retreat. Together, Dr. Brown and Cheryl create a knowledgeable team teaching approach-sure to assist couples with many of the issues that plague relationships today. Dr. Brown has been a Therapist for over 28 years, has taught many adult classes on Marriage and Family Relations and is a popular presenter for public speaking engagements. He is an expert witness for the Superior Court system, performing custody evaluations, parenting coordinator and therapeutic intervention.
  
  Cheryl Brown, Life Coach, has been in the medical field for over 25 years in such capacities as, Rehab Massage Therapist (Lmt), EMT, PTT, MA and CA. As a co-owner and manager of Deseret Counseling Center, she has been working as a Life Coach with Dr. Brown for the past 6 years. She also teaches with Dr. Brown, Marriage and Family Relations classes as well as presents with him in public speaking engagements.
  
  Mr. Ted Whitfield, CPA, owns/operates his own accounting practice for over 40 years. He has been teaching college on a part time basis for over 34 years. Mr. Whitfield was a Consumer Debt Counselor for Ventura County Credit Counselors, during which time he helped many couples get out of debt & work toward becoming financially stable.
