• In the Option Process® Dialogue the mentor asks simple, gentle, non-directive questions offered with love and acceptance, for the purpose of helping the explorer help themselves become happier through identifying limiting beliefs which fuel discomfort/unhappiness for the explorer, thus allowing the explorer to change or discard beliefs, and thereby change the accompanying feelings arising out of the belief.
