  Now that we have discussed places to visit let me tell you about the property. It is almost 3 acres with lots of trees at end of a quiet cul de sac and no traffic noise!!!
  
  It is a nice 3 bedrooms plus office with 2 1/ 2 baths with lots of windows that brings the outdoors in, a washer and dryer as well, full kitchen, this, coupled with privacy, makes this home very inviting!! Hope you don't mind the deer that roam freely in the back of the property!
  
  In the winter there will be a wonderful big fire pit for you to enjoy and pass the time with your family looking up at the amazing Texas sky with plenty of hammocks on property.
  
  P.S. Plenty of room for your water toys so bring your boat and jet ski to enjoy!!! The property is fully fenced and it is in a wonderful and safe neighborhood. Your water toys, your personal belonging, your pets, etc. Will be safe and waiting for you when you return from your many nights or days of fun!!
  
  The property is nice and flat with plenty of parking spots, if you have a friends that has a fully contained RV tell them they can stay with you as well for a small additional price,
  If the kids like to bring their tent and camp outside no problem, this property looks and feels like a park truly wonderful!!
  
  There has been allot of improvements made to this property since these pictures were taken, to include landscaping, painting , furniture updates, television sets etc. all done for your enjoyment and comfort.

  $25 Pet Fee (Per Pet)
  No indoor cats and no dogs over 20 lbs (some exceptions).
  
  $60 Cleaning Fee
  
  Over 5 people there will be a 25 dollar a night extra charge
  
  If you are interested in leasing out 2 bedrooms, rather than the entire home, the price is $179 a night. Send us a message if you are interested in doing that and we will adjust the rate accordingly.
