• ECHO & Family Center Early Childhood Council provides services to Fremont County, Colorado for children and their families. We provide the following services throughout Canon City and surrounding areas covering most of Fremont County: echo screening and access, Colorado preschool, program early intervention, Colorado preschool special education, pregnancy related depression, early childhood mental health, and Fremont county family center. We can help guide you through the early education process and child care and provide your children with a head start in their education.
