Mr. Kroll has extensive criminal defense experience, and is well-recognized in his field. His peers elected him to the board of the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, a non-profit group that coordinates training and education for all criminal defense attorneys in Oregon. He is a member of the National College of DUII Defense and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He frequently speaks at local education and training CLEs. He has also been a repeat guest on several local news channels, giving legal input and analysis on high-profile cases, such as the Kyron Horman case. He has also been a featured guest on national television, discussing Oregon laws. Mr. Kroll is admitted to practice in all Oregon state, district, and municipal courts, as well as in the Federal District Courts of Oregon.
