• El Paso HOPES is a group of community organizations that have come together to make sure that young children in El Paso grow up in a safe and healthy environment. As a local non profit organization, El Paso HOPES can help families with young children create the best possible environment for them to grow and thrive. The most important years in a child’s development are birth to age five. Children are growing, learning and developing each day.
