• Laura A. Burk, MPH, RDN, LDN, is a graduate of Illinois State University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and University Honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Consumer Sciences. She continued her education experience and received a Master Degree in Public Health from Illinois Benedictine University.
